Moorparks Farm is a grade II listed building and was built around 1850. The 1861 census shows Mary Kelly (Born 1821) and William Mitchell (Born 1824) living here. The farms barn, which was originally for animals and feed with a workers cottage attached, was converted into the two cottages around 2010.
Our location is truly special and offers a natural retreat where you have the freedom to relax and unwind in your own way. If you want to escape and find peace and tranquillity, relax, chill out and enjoy the beautiful environment surrounding you, then a visit to Moorparks holiday Cottages, might be just what you need.
Erik and Michele Robinson moved to Moorparks in 2015, since then we have fully refurbished and refurnished both cottages. Each cottage now has its own private garden and outside eating areas. There is a large, off road, guest car park. We have a very good WIFI system and server covering inside and outside of the cottages.
Moorparks is surrounded by countryside, from the Cottage decking on a clear day you can see the hills of Exmoor.
